The eyeless see the ocean’s hue
Against the waves that blindly break:
Translucent lies are lost from view,
Their roaring breath, their truth should wake.

O blowing winds, the waters spread,
Reform the clouds — an ageless squall;
And gathered once, their skin to shed,
One drop of rain, a drop for all!

When Angels play, all coasts are clear,
Each droplet is a Godly sight:
What often ebbs a deadly fear
Will rise and flow unto the light.

Renounce thy burden and its swell—
A golden yoke on Eden’s shore;
If left unhindered in its spell,
The callous hand, divine once more!

Soft gentle winds, the waters purl,
whispering secrets of the realm:
As conscious minds expand and swirl
Rejoice our hearts, with love they whelm.

There is no death, ye holy spheres,
Like ripples on the ebbing sands;
Eternity oft trickles, veers
Off rigid shores, O broken lands!

Free regal souls, the breaking dawn,
On Angels’ wings the veil uplifts—
Where light abounds, the darkness gone,
And gone all doubts, their lacking shifts.

To hold, let go, there is one chance,
Below the clouds, free will shall roam.
For every choice is made but once:
Reject all fears, embrace the storm!

Beneath these clouds illusions roll
Against the better half of men;
The others, halved, are charged a toll
To find the limits of their plan.

Awareness at the helm is gripped—
Must caw the crows to no avail?
Lest reason found, its virtues ripped
On broken winds their wings should flail.

If light is capped, it thrusts tenfold,
And taps into the dark of night;
For every feather, gusts of gold
Unto the dawn return in flight.

Away the bitter hearts will shy,
Forever crying, hiding — seek!
What ignorants may soon deny:
With reason dead, all virtues reek.
